Sino United Worldwide Consolidated Ltd. (OTCMKTS:SUIC) is a great option for crypto and DeFi investors.   SUIC is a venture capital group with interests in AI, IoT, FinTech DeFi and franchise chain stores and factories.

SUIC’s current focus is scaling its DeFi-based supply chain financing solutions.

The global supply chain financial market is large and estimated to reach ~$20 trillion by 2025, according to McKinsey consultants.

In its most recent transaction SUIC has signed a cooperation joint venture agreement with the QQ Pay Pty., Australia to provide cross border payment services to Beneway ecosystem’s customers from the SMEs to the affluent individuals.

SUIC’s deal allow the company to target a much larger customer base in the markets of North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific Region with a combined estimated size of $15 Trillion.

American Battery Technology Company (OTCMKTS:ABML) stock was in action in the previous trading session as the stock fell 3% at $1.06 with over 822K shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 2.06 million shares.  

The company announced the appointment of Kimberly Eckert as its new Chief Financial Officer. Eckert has over two decades of corporate finance and strategic mineral resource development experience, working specifically within the critical minerals and precious metals industry, across the investment banking, corporate financial management, investment management, and strategic consulting fields.

SOBR Safe Inc. (OTCMKTS:SOBR) stock continued to trend in a range on Friday. On Friday, the stock ended up by 19% to $2.97 with more than 3.2K shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 337K shares.    

SOBR Safe, Inc. develops a non-invasive alcohol detection and identity verification systems. It engages in the development of SOBRcheck, a stationary identification and alcohol monitoring product; SOBRsure, a transdermal, alcohol-detecting wearable band; and SOBRSafe software platform for non-invasive alcohol detection and identity verification. Ozop Energy Solutions Inc. (OTCMKTS:OZSC) stock was in action in the previous trading session as the stock moved up 0.40% to $0.0257 with over 25.93 million shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 15.05 million shares.   

The company announced the launch of its new division, Ozop Engineering and Design, Inc. (“OED”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. OED will design and engineer energy-efficient, easy to install, “smart” digital lighting controls systems for commercial buildings, campuses, and sports, medical, military complexes throughout North America and eventually the global marketplace.
