Medican Enterprises Inc. (OTC: MDCN) and Bell Rose Capital Inc. (OTC: BELR) Reveal Groundbreaking Purchase and Sale Agreement for Off-Road Electric Vehicle

There were a number of companies that had come onto the radars of investors yesterday, and one of those was Medican Enterprises Inc. (OTC: MDCN) after it made a key new announcement. The company announced that it had been successful in completing the formalities with regard to a strategic agreement. In this feature, we take a closer look into it.

The Announcement

In the news release yesterday, Medican Enterprises announced that it had completed a strategic purchase and sale agreement with Bell Rose Inc. (OTC: BELR) that helped it hit a major new milestone in the off-road EV (electric vehicle) space. As per the terms of the agreement, Bell Rose would be provided with the exclusive rights to manufacture, use, distribute, and market the innovative EV car from Medican Enterprises. Essentially, the company granted the responsibility of bringing its innovative and advanced EV car to the global markets through Bell Rose.

Further Information

It was further noted that in exchange for the right, Bell Rose had also provided Medican Enterprises with convertible promissory notes to the tune of $5 million. The promissory notes were also seen as a demonstration of the commitment that Bell Rose had to the project.
