In the news release, North Bay Resources announced that the recent rock samplings of as many as 8 outcrops at the Beaver, Copper Bell, and Pomeroy 1-3 zoned had delivered strong results. The company revealed that the samples delivered a maximum of 5.69% copper, 1 ounce of silver, and 0.22% vanadium. The average assay values stood at 4.6% copper, 0.5 ounces per ton of silver, and 0.9% vanadium.

The company also stated that the Copper Island Project was of the red bed copper deposit variant and located close to the Campbell River in British Columbia. In fact, it is also in close proximity to North Bay Resources’ Murex Copper Project. In light of the latest announcements from the company, it would be interesting to see if the North Bay Resources stock gets any traction this week or not.
