Dr. Yi Hyon Paik Appointed to Company’s Advisory Board, Bringing Extensive Leadership Experience and Global Expertise
Dr Paik is a famous industry expert bringing experience and knowledge in the energy storage sector and electronic materials industry. Dr. Paik has held leadership positions in organizations in a career spanning some decades.
Currently, he is a Senior Advisor at Ace Equity Partners. Dr Paik served as the President and Chief Strategy Officer of Samsung, where he oversaw several business units and played a pivotal role in strategic initiatives. He also worked at The Dow Chemical Company and Rohm and Haas as Business Group Vice Presidents and President of Electronic Materials Business.
Dr. Paik has demonstrated expertise in global business operations, strategic planning, and technological innovation. He played a role in a number of acquisitions and mergers, driving the expansion of businesses into new segments.
Dr. Paik’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Seoul National University.
