Market Reaction:

On Wednesday, SIRC stock surged 11.50% at $0.5950 with more than 2.12 million shares, compared to its average volume of 2.17 million shares. The stock has moved within a range of $0.5215 – 0.6000 after opening the trade at $0.5215.
