Wonderfi Technologies (OTCQB: WONDF) Stock Jumps After Crucial LOI With Eightcap

The centralized and decentralized financial products and services pioneer announced yesterday that it had inked a Letter of Intent with Eightcap. In this feature, we will take a closer look into the development.

The Partnership

As per the terms of the agreement between the two parties, they will go into a partnership for the purpose of providing multi-asset trading for both Coinsquare and Bitbuy. In the news release, WonderFi Technologies announced that through the partnership, its users have access to a range of derivative assets across a vast swathe of financial markets on those two above-mentioned platforms. Some of those derivatives would be related to oils, metals, major indices, foreign exchange, and a group of selected stocks.

Further Information

The company went on to announce that the assets would be offered to the consumers in the form of CFDs (contracts for difference), which in turn are classified as over-the-counter derivatives with due regulatory oversight. The announcement was a significant one from Wonderfi Technologies, and it remains to be seen if the stock sees any action today.
