(NASDAQ:LTRY): On Wednesday, Lottery.com Inc. was in focus after it made an announcement with regard to two major milestones that it had hit in its quest for stability and revenue growth. The company announced that it had successfully regained compliance with the listing requirements of NASDAQ. It also secured a credit facility with the firm United Capital Investments London Ltd. The company noted that the definitive agreement that it reached with UCIL would give Lottery.com access to a credit facility that would form the basis of a far more stable financial future for its business.

As per the provisions of the agreement, the company would be provided with a loan of $1 million initially. There would be an additional credit facility to the tune of $49 million. That would enable the company to boost its financial situation and also choose certain strategic opportunities. In order to secure the $1 million loan, the company issued a number of warrants, which would allow UCIL to pick up Lottery.com common shares. It would be capped at 15% of the total issued and outstanding shares in the company.

Trust Stamp (NASDAQ: IDAI) : The company, which is regarded as the Privacy First Identity Company, is known for providing artificial intelligence-powered trust and identity services used worldwide across multiple sectors. Yesterday, Trust Stamp announced that it had been issued a patent by the United States Patent Office on July 25, 2023. The patent was titled “Systems and Methods for Privacy-Secured Biometric Identification and Verification”. The patent was the 16th one that had been awarded to the company. Additionally, Trust Stamp currently has a total of 15 patent applications that are in pending status.

Out of those 15, one has actually been approved but has not been awarded yet. The Chief Scientific Officer of the company, Dr. Norman Poh, spoke about the situation as well. He noted that there was considerable focus on data privacy and security for biometric users. That had been a major focus at the company since it was established. He went on to note that in the past six years, Trust Stamp had invested heavily in research and development, which led to the creation of a solid base for future cutting-edge products.

T2 Biosystems Inc. (NASDAQ: TTOO): On Wednesday, GSA Capital Partners LLP, an investment firm based out of London, announced that it had added 799,572 shares of T2 Biosystems Inc. to its portfolio. The shares had been acquired for the traded price of $0.115 a share, bringing the total holdings of GSA Capital Partners to 4599059 shares. The holding made up a 1.50% stake in T2 Biosystems and 0.5% of the total portfolio of GAS Capital Partners. It had a minuscule impact of only 0.1% on the firm’s overall portfolio.

T2 Biosystems is based in the United States and is involved in providing fast in-vitro diagnostic tests to laboratories and hospitals. The company’s core technology is T2 Magnetic Resonance, which can detect a wide range of molecular targets in whole blood directly.

AppTech Payments Corp. (NASDAQ: APCX): The specialty payments company AppTech Payments Corp. was in focus on August 2 after it announced that it had appointed a new Executive Director of Product and Project Management in the form of Thomas DeRosa. DeRosa is a highly experienced operator with experience spanning more than three years. However, the most striking thing about his career is the development of advanced enterprise platforms in a range of industries.

However, the new development would allow the company to add the official Roblox advertising systems to its offerings with the addition of Immersive Ads. That would help boost the company’s full-service innovative solutions and help brands reach the audience on Roblox, which is known for being highly engaged.
