The company was in focus on Monday after it announced that it had inked an agreement with the firm Babcock Australia Pty Ltd for licensing Kojensi.

archTIS Awarded $241,200 Contract with Babcock Australia for Kojensi

Kojensi is a government accredited software as a service platform which is meant for sharing and collaborating on classified and sensitive information among industry, government agencies and industry level supply chains. Babcock signed a contract with archTIS worth as much a A$241200, out of which A$78000 is going to be paid out in the form of annual recurring licensing revenue for the initial 100 users.

There is also an option to purchase more licenses over the course of the contract period and hence, the number of users could grow. The contract term is going to run up until May 26, 2026 but it could also be terminated within the first 30 days by any of the two parties. If it is terminated after that period then the full costs of the term would need to be paid. Babcock is an aviation, defence and critical services firm that is involved with the marine, land and aviation sectors.
