The company’s COO, Sandro Monetti spoke on various panels at the Cannes Film Festival. Monetti explained regarding pitfalls and opportunities on the rise of AI. Having directed the documentary, Tech to the Future, which is available on Big Screen’s streaming platform, he knows the subject very well.

Monetti tackled the topic for large audiences attending Cannes at a panel arranged by the China Film Association in the interests of international cooperation. Secondly, he addressed investors at an event organized by Young President’s Organization.

He said that there is a fear of the unknown, but Hollywood history has demonstrated that technology has a moviegoing experience better for viewers. Visionary technologist, Francis Hellyer, was also a part of the panel.

Chinese television giant TCL said that both Francis Hellyer and Sandro Monetti insights had shown the way for art and technology to join hands giving a positive future for the industry.
