Victor Keen, Director, co-chairperson of the board, states that Doug’s expertise in technology and connecting companies with government agencies and funding sources, will prove to be invaluable.

Mr. Freitag has close to four decades of experience in developing, commercializing, and financing new technologies. Back in 1993, he had formed Bayside Materials Technology (BMT) for supporting academia, investors, and industry with the process of identifying, creating, and commercializing new technologies where the Federal Government plays a role, either as an investor, regulator, or user. He has a technical background with a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and holds Secret level DOD clearance. He is excited to join Coretec Group as a director, and believes there is vast potential in the company.
