CVE Momentum List: CVE:NUG, CVE:SOIL, CVE:ZEN

Following were the top gainers on the Canadian exchange on Monday. Keep an eye on the following stocks this week.

NuLegacy Gold Corporation (CVE:NUG) was the biggest percentage gainer on the Canadian market on Monday. The stock soared C$0.0450 or 33.33% to C$0.18. Total volume for the session stood at 5.06 million shares, well above its 30-day average volume of 881K shares. Recently, the company said that it has identified compelling geochemical trends that point towards a very large mineralized system within the Rift Anticline target at its 100%-owned Red Hill property in Eureka County, Nevada.

Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. (CVE:SOIL) continued its uptrend and was among the top winners as the stock went up C$0.02 or 13.33% to $0.17. The stock saw a lower volume with more than 1.07 million shares traded hands, compared to its daily average volume of 519K shares. The stock is up 70% over the past 6-month. Last week, the company announced that it has successfully closed the previously announced transformational acquisition  of assets in the Oxbow area of Southeast Saskatchewan  from Crescent Point Energy Corp. Saturn acquired approximately 6,700 boe/d (~95% light oil and liquids)1 with over 450 net sections of land, largely positioned across one of the most economic oil plays in North America.

ZEN Graphene Solutions Ltd. (CVE:ZEN) continued to gain momentum. ZEN stock leaped by 12% to C$2.92. Total volume for the session was 331K shares – almost 1.7X its average volume of 224K shares. The stock opened at C$2.92 and moved within a range of C$.7000 – 3.0000. EMO stock has soared 48% over the past month. Recently, the company announcde that it has developed a stable diesel fuel additive, which increased the performance of diesel fuel by up to 10% in initial testing.
