The company came into focus following an announcement from its subsidiary, Digitalage, a social media platform that is involved in providing content protection, a better user experience, and monetization. Digitalage announced on Thursday that it had appointed a new Chief Marketing Officer in the form of Jeff Lerner. The news of the appointment was welcomed by Hop-On shareholders, and it could be a good idea to take a closer look at the credentials of Lerner.

Additionally, Lerner had also been responsible for raising more than $390 million in the form of venture capital for early-stage companies.
