‘Diversified financial technology company, Investview Inc (OTCMKTS:INVU) on November 5, 2021 announced that it recently heard on its CEO Joseph Cammarata as well as other business associates are subject to civil and criminal charges pertaining to activities entailing a class action claims aggregator through Alpha Plus Recovery, LLC.

The company’s Board of Directors placedCammarata on administrative leave and removed the CEO of responsibilities and duties, pending the firm’s internal investigation of the matters.

The activities pertaining to him were unknown and independent of his activities on behalf of Investview. All activities ended before Cammarata became involved with Investview in December of 2019.

Alpha Plus Recovery is unrelated and hasn’t been associated with Investview, which has never had any business affiliation or dealings with Alpha Plus Recovery, LLC. The company hasn’t conducted any business with associates of Cammarata who were charged in the reported legal actions.
