Platinex’s (OTCQB:PANXF) (PTX.C) Shares Begin Trading on OTCQB Venture Market as ‘PANXF’ Symbol

On June 21 Platinex Inc (OTCQB:PANXF) (PTX.C) was in focus after it announced that its common shares had started trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States. The shares were listed under the ticker symbol PANXF. However, it should be noted that the shares would continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol PTX.

The company’s shares are also listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and traded under the ticker symbol 9PX. The listing on the OTCQB would provide investors in the United States and across the world with better accessibility to the stock. Additionally, it would also provide the company with greater exposure. Companies listed on the exchange need to go through an annual verification and a process for management certification.

The exchange is managed by the American financial market entity OTC Markets Group and is headquartered in New York City. The exchange provides liquidity and price information for more than 10000 over-the-counter stocks. Due to this listing, Platinex would be providing investors in the United States with information about its milestones and projects for the year 2023. It remains to be seen if the stock gets any traction today.
