Reve Technologies (OTCMKTS: BSSP) Soars 121% Following Updates On Becoming OTCMarkets Compliant

Reve Technologies (OTCMKTS: BSSP) surged 121.4%, with the nano-cap stock seeing a higher one-day jump since the beginning of February. Over 1.5b billion shares were traded, exceeding the average trading volume of 86 million. Investors have been tickling in as Reve updates OTCMarkets information and connection to ENZC.

Reve updates its OTC status.

The company announced that it had updated corporate filings on the OTCIQ to make it OTC compliant and retain the current Pink listing. The San Clement-based company is known as Cantech Holdings. It is in a successful journey of revamping its identity with a directive towards acquiring operating assets in a holding company.

Cantech Holdings previously focused on revolutionary pharmaceutical and medical innovations. But the company has in recent times had numerous opportunities across various industries leading to the executive to bring the company from its inactive status to develop and procure a strategy that will boost shareholder value.

As of now, the company is in the process of seeking an acquisition or merger candidate that will ensure it becomes current. The company had a purchase and sale agreement with Cantech Pharma canceled because of failure to proceed with a license initially for Mexico focusing on immunotherapeutic-based tech for cancer indication.

Reve Technologies expanding its app development

The company released and continues to revamp SwipeDial, its android-based application offering a simple, picture-based interface. SwipeDial’s target market is the elderly, those with special needs, and small children since it simplifies a phone’s interface. Google Play Store acquired SwipeDial, and the company is currently developing Kindercall, an interface for children that will sell for $75 to $100 per unit.

Reve launched Reminisce, which is a mobile application for rediscovering photos on a phone lock screen. The app collects photos from different sources and displays a new photo when the phone wakes with the date and time the photo was captured.
