The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Chris Swartz, spoke about the development as well. He stated that everyone at the company was proud of the completion of the formalities regarding the acquisition of Parabola Mgmt. He noted that the acquisition was inclusive of the California licensed company located in Costa Mesa, and there were options for buying more licenses. Swartz stated that the Costa Mesa had become operational and was particularly important since it was located in the world’s number one cannabis market in Southern California.

By virtue of the transaction, Rodedawg International Industries would have access to a central sales hub through which it would be able to conduct its distribution and sales efforts. He also stated that the process had proceeded step by step and Rodedawg International Industries had been successful in completing the major milestone.

He went on to state that it was important for the company’s shareholders to recognize the importance of the milestones hit during the fourth fiscal quarter. He stated that the milestones would be the cornerstones for the revenue growth of the company in the future.
