The stock recoups yesterday’s decline. The stock is trading up by 21.52% to $18.26. The stock has soared 135% over the past year.
US Silica Holdings Inc (NYSE:SLCA) stock is another big mover. Among recent items, the company disclosed in a filing that it entered into an agreement to settle a customer dispute regarding fees related to minimum purchase commitments from 2014-2020; as a result of the resolution, the company will receive approx. $128 million of consideration, including $90 million in cash. The stock soared 15.50% to $13.33.
Spero Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SPRO) received a $40 million equity investment from Pfizer (PFE) as part of the Pfizer Breakthrough Growth Initiative. The two parties have also entered into a licensing agreement for SPR206. Co has granted Pfizer the rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize SPR206 in ex-US and ex-Asia territories, and in exchange, co is eligible to receive up to $80 million in milestones as well as royalties. At three-month highs. SPRO stock surged 15.62% to $16.14 on very unusual volume.
