Valiant Eagle Inc. (OTC:PSRU) Stock In Focus After Recent News

At the beginning of another trading week yesterday, there were a large number of companies that instantly came into focus among investors, and one of those was Valiant Eagle Inc. (OTC:PSRU). The company came into focus on Monday after it announced that not too long ago it had been provided with the valuation of three titles in its extensive film library.

The titles had been acquired by the company a few years ago. The company announced that the title ‘Ginger in the Morning’ had a valuation of $299,630, while ‘Gulliver’s Travels’ was valued at $421,837 and ‘The Great American Tragedy’ commanded a valuation of $319,483. In the news release, Valiant Eagle noted that the valuations were significantly important in its quest to figure out and eventually maximize the value of its content. It was further pointed out that if the company was successful in valuing all titles in its library individually, then it would enable more efficient strategic planning and asset management.

The Chief Executive Officer of Valiant Eagle, Xavier Mitchell, also spoke about the latest development. He noted that if the film company ever embarked on a merger or acquisition deal, then it would be key to the negotiations if Valiant Eagle knew the exact valuations of its titles. It was also announced that the aim of obtaining the valuations of the titles had a range of reasons. One of those was the terms of the licensing agreements and distribution deals.

The valuations would help the company extract better deals for its content and get fairer compensation. Another important reason noted by the company was that the valuation would help the company make better strategic decisions with regards to the acquisition, sale, or production of content in the future. It would also help Valiant Eagle make better preparations for its content strategy.
