Xalles Holdings Inc. (OTC:XALL) Stock In Focus After Announcing Patent License Agreement Insights

As another trading week approaches, most investors are going to be looking closely into those stocks that may have been in focus this past Friday. By that token, it may be a good idea to consider taking a closer look into Xalles Holdings Inc. (OTC:XALL). The technology company, mainly focused on the deployment of artificial intelligence in the retail industry, announced on April 19 that it had entered into an agreement with Alpha Modus to license the latter’s patented intellectual property.

The licensing of the intellectual property from Alpha Modus would help boost the offerings that could be made through financial service kiosks to underbanked customers. The six patents covered areas such as advanced artificial intelligence, retail advertising, and other forms of retail-related functionalities. The company also announced that its offering, CashX, with its own mobile app and kiosks, which help in the smooth conversion of cash to digital currencies, is in a position to help those who are underbanked. Additionally, the recent addition of low-cost prescriptions, digital gift cards, and e-tickets could further the breadth of the offerings to the same cohort.

The six patents from Alpha Modus licensed by Xalles Holdings would enable the company and the CashX app to create new functionalities in the software platforms. Those functionalities would, in turn, boost the support that could be provided to the underbanked market at large. Additionally, the retailers who use the kiosks from the company would also benefit from the same. The Chief Executive Officer of Cash, Stephen Combe, spoke about the latest development yesterday. He noted that the move to acquire the range of patents from Alpha Modus had been made to support the mission to be at the vanguard of providing services to the underbanked populations with its range of financial services offerings.
