Arianne Phosphate Appoints Geneviève Ayotte As Chief Financial Officer

A member of Certified Professional Accountants of Quebec, Ms. Ayotte has graduated from HEC Montréal with Bachelors in Business Management. She has done a D.E.S.S. in public accounting (2008). She serves as President of Women in Mining – Montreal.

In the last 15 years, Ayotte developed significant mining knowledge, especially in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She worked with Arianne’s account from 2016 to 2021, serving as audit director till recently.

Dominique Bouchard, Executive Chairman of Arianne Phosphate said that Geneviève is an experienced professional with much knowledge of Arianne. Bouchard added that she would be an asset as the firm continues discussions with potential partners.

Jeffrey Beck, CEO of Arianne Phosphate said that Arianne expresses gratitude to Pier-Élise for significant years of service, especially recently as the CFO.

Arianne also announced a grant of 200,000 stock options. Every option entitles the holder to buy a single share of the firm until September 30, 2032, at a price of $0.395 per share. Options are subject to a vesting period as well as regulatory approval.
