Critical Solutions Inc (OTCMKTS:CSLI) Stock Gains Momentum: Now What?

As the trading week comes to a close, it is perhaps time for investors to take a look at some of the stock which might be in focus today and one of those could be the Critical Solutions Inc (OTCMKTS:CSLI) stock.

Yesterday, the company was in sharp focus among investors and managed to clock gains of as much as 15% as investors flocked to the stock in a big way. Yesterday, the company announced that it managed to bag a controlling interest in the company Universal Systems Inc and it goes without saying that it was a major milestone for the company.

Sam Barazza, who is the Chief Executive Officer of MKH Ventures, spoke about the acquisition as well. He stated that that after completing the acquisition of Universal Systems, Critical Solutions became a completely diversified holding company with interests and assets in a number of industries.

He went on to point out that the company is now involved in a range of industries with potential high growth prospects like digital media, cannabis and non-fungible token development. In addition to that, he also announced that Critical Solutions also hired the services of Pubco Reporting Solutions for the purpose of uplisting the stock.
